I had a dress that looked just like this from Forever21. In 2006? With cap sleeves instead of these 3/4 ones, which look better, really. I think I gave it away. Kind of regret giving away all those clothes, shoes, and bags now! But I’m not even done moving, so I guess I should shut up.
